  1. Eligibility and Account Registration

    • By creating an account, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate.

    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities conducted under it.

  2. Services, Orders, and Payments

    • We provide jewellery design, customization, and manufacturing services.

    • All orders are subject to confirmation and availability.

    • Prices include all applicable charges.

    • Full payment is required before manufacturing or shipping.

    • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or non-payment.

  3. Manufacturing and Delivery

    • Manufacturing and delivery timelines are estimates only.

    • Ownership of products transfers to you upon full payment and delivery.

  4. Returns and Refunds

    • Customized jewellery is non-returnable unless defective.

    • Standard products may be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy.

  5. Intellectual Property and User Conduct

    • All content, designs, and materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of Ramvell Traders.

    • You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

    • You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of your account.

  6. Limitation of Liability

    • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

    • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

  7. Privacy and Governing Law

    • Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

    • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
